Supervisory Role
The Client
Our client is a renowned bank with significant presence within the banking industry; in particular in the high networth / premium customer segment. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking a suitably qualified individual to join them as Senior Product Manager, Credit Cards.
The Position
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the credit card portfolio of products in the following areas:
§Driving all areas of product management in terms of product features, system infrastructure, legal framework / documentation, financials and marketing
§ Conceptualizing and driving acquisition and marketing strategy for portfolio of credit card products
§Constant engagement with stakeholders to enable alignment of business performance for the portfolio of products to business and financial objectives
§ Conducting feasibility studies and market review to seek new product development strategies
§ Driving product development life cycle from initiation to launch
§Engaging with portfolio business stakeholders in usage and retention / attrition to achieve overall product financial performance
§Reviewing and initiating strategies based on acquisition and portfolio analytics, and changes in market dynamics
§ Developing and managing internaland external business partners to drive strategic and tactical alliances for products under management
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should be degree-qualified with at least seven years of relevant product management / marketing experience including four years in financial services / consumer banking. In order to be considered for the Senior Product Manager position, you must also possess hands-on supervisory experience.
Candidates with three - five years of product management / marketing experience in financial services / consumer banking products will be considered for a Product Manager position instead.
