The Client

Our client is a renowned bank with significant presence within the banking industry; in particular in the high networth / premium customer segment. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking a suitably qualified individual to join them as Communication & Marketing Manager, Credit Cards.

The Position

The Communication & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the credit card marketing and communication in the following areas:-

§Conduct pre- and post-campaign management for all marketing activities relating to credit cards

§ Drive brand awareness and compliance for branding guidelines

§ Manage collateral in terms of marketing touch-points (both internal and external)

§ Manage collateral in terms of customer communication

§Develop and enhance customer communication platforms through online, mobile banking and external channels

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should be degree-qualified with at least three - five years of relevant work experience in campaign management / brand communications / brand management within financial services / consumer banking / credit card industry.

In order to excel in this position, you should be meticulous and is a dynamic team player who possesses excellent communication / presentation skills.
