Customer Service Officer Job Scope:

Handle enquiries on Insurance products

Marketing promotions

Training will be provided

Call centre environment - rotating shift with shift allowance

Requirements:

Min 4 'O' Lvls, Dip or Degree in any field

Able to converse well in English + mandarin / malay / tamil

Responsible with customer service experience.
