Contract Manager ( Mechanical & Electrical / Construction Law)(Singapore / Singapore PR/ Malaysian as no quota for foreigner )

Job Responsibilities :

Coordinating and monitoring of contracts milestone information and contractual conditions.
Managing administration of contracts.
Upholding company’s contractual terms and conditions in various awarded projects.
Providing support to the operational units in terms of quantity surveying, contracts administration services for building maintenance, renovation, finalization of accounts, etc.
Assist to review and improve workflows, procedures, quality of cost estimates
Review policy in operational levels, business improvement, programme management, cost effective solutions, timely deliveries, problem resolution and sustainability.
Ensure that all communication, correspondence, notification, etc. are done in accordance with the contracts conditions.
Lead a team of the Junior Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of post contracts services include giving cost advice, interim valuations, financial statements, reconciliation statements, cost control and project management services.
Requirements :

Recognized Degree in Construction Management/Construction LAW
5 to 8 years of working experience in similar industry; preferably have strong regional experience in construction.
Previous working experience as Contracts Manager in Mechanical and Electrical contractor.
Keen interest in construction materials, methods and customs prevailing in the industry.
Possess strong communication, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong track record in contracts management (drafting, reviewing and amending)
