Executive, Payroll (MNC/Central) Our Client is a well-knownplayer in the FMCG industry (MNC) andis currently hiring a Assistant Payroll Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for processing payroll of about 100 employees and to assist in tabulating personnel related costs for the bi-yearly forecasts, annual budget and to perform variance analysis for the payroll function. In addition, you will prepare monthly payroll and headcount reports to Finance and Division HR in HK and to assist in other HR duties as assigned. And also,

Responsible for all CPF & IR8E submission and processing.
Handle employee insurance claims and renewal.
Maintainance of the personnel p-files and handle matters related to NS Make-up claims, maternity leave claims, SDF claims etc.
The Pre-Requisites

Diploma or degree in Accountancy or HRM
3 +-5 years of payroll experience
A team player, meticulous, pro-active,andgood with numbers
Independent, strong sense of urgency and highly committed
Advantageous to possess Paymaster or Easypay system knowledge
