Senior System Engineer
As an active member in the Project Team, you will be participating in the following areas throughout the assigned projects.
-- Support and manage Clients' IT system environment and requirements - both hardware & software
-- Lead in system upgrade, new implementation of solutions
-- Support junior engineers in performing 2nd-level troubleshooting
-- Communicate with end-users to facilitate transition of upgrades and implementation
-- Preparation of Technical Incident Reports
Job Requirements:
-- Minimum 2 years experience as System Engineer in SI environment
-- Minimum 1 year experience with Server administration, maintenance & setup
-- Good communication and presentation skills and bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
