(Banking or Finance Experience required/Contract position)
Job Scope:
Manage large scale systems integration project(s)
Ensure that project planning, execution and control are properly integrated
Aligning the solution to the desired business outcome, having regular reviews of the program and project direction
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues and to manage expectations
Development and maintenance of resource and work plans
Financial planning to ensure accurate capture of projected project costs and benefits
Acquisition and management of direct and indirect project resources
Managed the procurement of internal/external specialist services, managing specification of requirements, supplier delivery, cost and quality
Overall risk assessment, analysis and planning to manage the risk profile for the project plans
Requirements:
At least a Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or relevant qualifications
Over 10 years relevant working experience in IT development environment
At least 5 years project management experience and managing major system integration projects
At least 5 years experience in the financial service industry with sound knowledge of the banking business preferred
Good team andvendor management experience - able to manage up to 50 direct and indirect staffs
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to present business and technology solutions and concepts to stakeholders and business users
Excellent independent problem solver who owns issues and resolves them
Ability to speak in Japanese would be a plus
