Singapore - Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst Post Date: 22 Jun 09Job Description

- Assist and manage the adoption of Siebel/CRM tool across Asia Pacific

- Work with other functions/departments to generate key management reports

- Assist with key Siebel/CRM modules e.g. Customer Startup Manager (CSM)

Key Responsibilities

-- Update and maintain Siebel/CRM a current list of users and access permission

-- Manage on-going training of sales teams on Siebel/CRM system

-- Be single point of contact as ‘help desk’ to clarify Siebel system usage

-- Assist in data migration/upload activities into Siebel/CRM from other systems

-- Monitor data quality submitted including relevant steps of sales changes

-- Assist in user acceptance testing with WW IT teams

-- Regular updates to sales management with reports and analysis

-- Champion robust processes required for Siebel/CRM tool usage

-- Able to train the Sales team on the Siebel system effectively

Other qualities required:

Minimum: Must be Degree or Post Graduate
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Strong in IT systems and tools; IT background preferred
Experience with Siebel system will be ideal.
Possess business-focused mindset. This person may be currently in an IT role and looking for opportunity to transit to business role.
Be able to use Excel and other tools efficiently and effectively
Friendly and amiable disposition with service-oriented flair
Accuracy: passionate about details
