Helpdesk Agents (located in Alexandra) Post Date: 04 Jun 09Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd level technical support on Managed Print Services- Ensure that all reported incidents are recorded and classified accurately, followed through, and resolved promptly in accordance with the established processes and the Service Level Agreement (SLA)- Monitor printing devices and ensure that all device alerts are attended to and resolved promptly in accordance with SLA- Escalate critical incidents to the Helpdesk Supervisor or Technical Manager- Liaise with other internal divisions and subcontractors/vendors to ensure that consumables are replenished and break/fix requests meet the contractual SLA- Update printing asset information and inform affected parties of the changes- Adhere to operational procedures and maintain customer/support documentation- Participate in continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. - At least 1 year's experience in a technical Helpdesk environment- Prior experience in a managed output environment is an added advantage- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Basic desktop and network troubleshooting skills are preferred 5.5 day work week (near Alexandra Techno Park)Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need to apply.
