Singapore - Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support Engineer Post Date: 22 Jun 09Responsibilities:

Diploma with 1 - 2 years relevant desktop support working experience.
Willing Shift duties; 24/7 standby if required
To provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC problems
Strong communication & inter-personal skills
Concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.
Knowledge on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
SPR / Singaproean only.
