Managing project life cycle, from approval to closure and effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.
Participate in project reviews and ensure project accomplish its goal within time, cost and agreed quality standard constraints.
Overseeing the implementation of the project, track and control all project phases and activities.
Coordination with various teams to plan resource and deliverables.
Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the team on a timely basis.
Meeting and managing customer relationship and expectations.
Traveling may be required.
Lead and groom a team of software engineers.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years experiences in developing application with Java, J2EE and .NET technology. Familiar with web based technology and databases preferred.
3-5 years working experience in software applications development environment, with leadership role.
Possess understanding in the areas of application programming, database and systems design; understands internet and client/server, architectures, maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on projects.
Familiar with change control management, software version control and release management processes.
Knowledge or experience in payment industry will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership skills and must be self motivated.
Enjoy working in continuously changing and close knitted team environment.
Able to handle and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
