Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of IT technical resources, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Leads, Systems Analysts and developers
Provide advisory and supervisory role in project development
Develop road maps, short and long term plans to achieve continuous improvements in IT support service
Establish support strategy and processes required to successfully cary out daily IT business activities

Job Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent, Masters an advantage
At least 15 years experience in IT sector, with past 7 years in a managerial position leading a team
Solid understanding of SDLC and PM processes
Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures and best practises
Strong business process and analytical skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
