Main Job Duties:
1. To be involve in full SDLC development of application systems projects (i.e. analyze, design, develop and deployment).
2. To work closely with business users on their requirements.
3. To test and document the systems.
4. To conduct enhancements and maintenance of systems.
5. Ensure proper completion of work on time, consistent with project standards and quality.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Java / J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Java Bean or Javascript) applications.
2. Good hands-on experience working with IBM Servers, DOS and MS Windows XP will be highly preferred.
3. Prior experience working with RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, MS Access) and Application Server (e.g. BEA, WebSphere) will be highly beneficial.
4. Familiar with object-oriented programming methods and standard development methodology.
5. Able to work independently and be an excellent team player.
6. Availability: July or August 2009 onwards.
