Job Description
install and maintain desktop PCs, servers, printers, network, switches, routers, firewall, OS, applications and etc.
Provide phone, email and onsite IT support and installation.
Troubleshooting and problem solving related to desktops, servers, network, applications.
Support operations and maintenance of network infrastructure of network systems and infrastructure
Perform routine network health check monitoring and preventive maintenanca for hosting operations
Requirements:
Diploma in IT, computing Engineering, computer science or equivalent( preferably data communication or network related)
Knowledge on PC hardware, software and computer networking will be advantageous
Willing to be on standby after office hours when required
Good coordination and communication skills
Possess class 3 driving license
