Bank - IT Support Assistant (TECHNICAL / HELPDESK SUPPORT) Post Date: 01 May 09Our client, one ofthe established foreign bankis looking for an IT Support Assistant (TECHNICAL / HELPDESK SUPPORT) to join their dynamic team.

Job Scope:

- Report to IT Manager

- System monitoring / System Administration

- PC support to users: problems related to applications, hardware and software

- Troubleshoot and report problems

- Established a backup site for Disaster Recovery Plan

- Carry out a Disaster Recovery Plan

- Backup for Windows 2000 Server

- Live & Test System weekly

- Distribution of new Client programs and apply new Server programs

- Help Desk for User Operation of branches

- Liaise with vendor

Requirements:

- Diploma in Computer Science with at least 2 years of IT Support / Helpdesk experience.

- Able to work on shift (Weekly rotate: 9am to 6pm or 2pm to 10pm).

- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

- Only SINGAPOREAN / SINGAPORE PR (from Malaysia) need to apply.

Other Information:

- Working location: Raffles Place, 5 days work week

- Basic salary upto $2K

- Shift allowanceof $400 + transport / OT claims
