Singapore - Team Secretary

Team Secretary Post Date: 24 Apr 09Responsibilities:

Provide Secretarial support to the team
Handle travel arrangements
Prepare travel report, follow-up approval, reimbursement and expense claims
Provide logistics and administrative support
Update presentation material for team
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of strong secretarial experience, preferably in supporting senior level management
Proficiency in Microsoft application skills and excellent command of English are essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential matters
