The Role:-
Provide comprehensive and sound legal advice in all matters affecting the Group and its subsidiaries
Handlea wide range of commercial/ corporate work including drafting and reviewing legal documents and some corporate litigation
Ensure that all legal documents are in compliance with legal requirements and relevant statutes
Drafting of commercial contracts and insurance policies
Conduct regular legal audit on documents, departmental forms and practices and recommend necessary changes to ensure legal and compliance
Instruct and liaise with panel lawyers on matters referred to them and ensure that they provide the required service standards
Requirements:-
LL.B with admission to the Singapore Bar
At least 6 PQE in practice or in-house
Good knowledge in insurance, corporate and commercial laws, with prior litigation experience an added advantage
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
