Job Duties:
1) To carry out full SDLC on Content and Business Process Management solutions to meet Business Users’ requirements.
3) To propose business solutions and enhance the applications to ensure continued operation or improvement of business processes.
2) To participate in defining/documenting business specifications and plans (including development of new workflows, as well as, to support existing workflows).
3) To drive the design process by defining/documenting the technical specifications and plans.
4) To carry out development and unit testing.
5) To participate in system, integration, performance testing, and disaster recovery testing.
6) To maintain and support existing application systems.
Job Requirements:
1) A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering or its Equivalent.
2) At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, especially on Filenet platform. J2EE, Websphere, RDBMS, Struts experience preferred.
3) Good hands-on experience on content management, workflow and business processes.
4) Strong inter-personal skills and an excellent problem solver, with eyes for details as well.
