Executive, Affinity (Group & Health Insurance) Post Date: 13 Apr 09Key Responsibilities

To assist the manager in providing system support which includes compilation of user requirements specifications and perform user acceptance testings
To understand system and operations needs of the team and work with IM to fulfil the needs. To track and follow up with IT on system errors, system enhancements and job request status
Initiate system enhancements and business process improvements
To provide training to the team on system enhancementsSupport product launch and special projects.
Requirements

Knowledge in individual/group life or health insurance.
Good technical skills. Experience in performing user acceptance testing preferred.
Knowledge in MS Access preferred.
Possesses good decision making, analytical & problem solving skills
Good customer service and public relations skills
Able to adapt to changes in the environment depending on ongoing business needs
