C++ / Grid Computing Specialist Post Date: 09 Apr 09Our client is a premier Investment Bank with a huge IT presence in Singapore, that has offices in multiple locations, and has the global reach, providing large corporate, government and institutional clients with a full spectrum of solutions to their strategic advisory, financing and risk management needs.

Our client is looking to hire highly experienced C++, Grid Computing professionals on PERMANENT rolls. Successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of complex large scale financial IT systems. The candidate willbe responsible fordelivery of high quality solutions to the business, by following good OO practices as well as SDLC methodologies.Required Skills:- Minimum of 4-5 years of large scale commerical / application development experience using Industrial Strength C++- Excellent understanding of OO concepts and design patterns- Good experience working with Grid Computing / Symphony- Good experience with SQL using Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or any other commercial RDBMS in an UNIX / Windows environment- Experience working with enterprise source control tools such as Clearcase and range & bounds checking tools such as QuantifyPreferred Skills:- Experience working in an Investment Banking environment- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / VBA
