Executive, Claims & Recoveries Post Date: 27 Feb 09Job Scope:

Claims

-- Collate, file and assess documents related to credit insurance claims

-- Communicate with policyholders/brokers/fronting companies/colleagues in other departments regarding any claims related matters (documentation, decisions or any other relevant information)

-- Data-entry, prepare reporting and other admin duties

-- Other ad-hoc duties

Debt Collections

-- Co-ordinate debt collection contract between clients and agencies

-- Data-entry or other admin task

-- Communicate with Clients and agencies/lawyers regarding debt collection matters

-- Communicate with debtors (depends on the candidate’s skills and interest)

Requirements:

-- Degree holder

-- 3-4 years experience in corporate insurance claims handling or 5-7 years working experience in banks or trading companies

-- Meticulous, Fast learner and Strong with numbers

-- Good Communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
