Singapore - Business Development Manager (Financial Sales)

Business Development Manager (Financial Sales) Post Date: 27 Mar 09Manage and review sales activities through regular analysis and reports
Achieve a culture of commitment for the team of Financial Consultants
Motivate team to hit and exceed their sales targets
Assist in development of sales incentives at the department and agency level
Responsible for the recruitment, promotion and retention of agency leaders, associate managers and financial advisors by working closely with HR and recruitment agency
Develop and maintain positive working and business relationships with internal and external customers
Managing and driving the implementation of process improvements including observing regulatory and company's compliance standards by agency leaders, associate managers and financial advisors is another key responsibility
Conduct team meetings and training sessions to strengthen sales processes (e.g. closing of sales, handling of objections, building rapport, etc.)


Degree holder with minimum 5 years of proven sales management record and be certified in CMFAS Modules 5 and 9
Possessing knowledge of the business operating and regulatory environment such as MAS and LIA regulations is essential
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Natural leader and a team player
