Requirements:
Minimum “O” level & above
Handle all phone call enquires
Must have General Insurance Knowledge or Motor Insurance Knowledge
CGI, HI Certificate would be Preferred
Proficient in MS Office skills (E.g. MS Word/ Excel)
Possess basic admin and clerical literacy
Polite with pleasant disposition
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
