Manage the processs and resources to achieve insurance policy issurance turnaround time.
Review manual processes for streamlining and automation
Coordinate with various departments for data/format requirements for implementation of new products, system enhancements and regulatory changes
Work around system limitations and constraints to ensure delivery timeline
Ability to appreciate insurance underwriting framework to check on compliance with retention and treaty limits
Manage the competency, morale of team of staff to cope with peak period and urgent asignments and to maximise productivity
The Candidate:
General Degree & Professional insurance qualification orProfessional insurance qualification
Minimum 4 years of insurance related experience in managerial position
