You are responsible for managing and developing effective working relationship with the sales team, co-ordinate product development, executing sales and marketing strategies. The job also involves providing operational support to enhance their sales performance. You will also organize activities and events for the sales channels.
Pre-requisites :
Tertiary education with at least 2 years' relevant working experience in the insurance industry
Passed modular exams (M5, M9 & HI)
Excellent team player with ability to work under minimum supervision
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills are essential
Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be given a higher position
