Singapore - Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive Post Date: 15 Jan 09An Insurance company in town requires :

Position : Customer Service Executive

Salary : $1,800 to $2,700

Requirements :

-- Degree/ Diploma and bilingual in English & Mandarin.

-- At least more than 3 years relevant experience and have worked in environment which focuses on ensuring customer (internal/ external) satisfaction

-- Working experience in policy servicing administration and customer servicing

-- Able to work independently as well as a good team player

-- Working knowledge of AS400 will be an added advantage

-- Good communication and written skills and conversant in English, Mandarin and dialects.

-- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities :

-- Attend to work in clients, telephone calls, mails and emails enquiry relating to policy servicing, underwriting, and issuance of policy issues and other enquiry

-- To attend to administrative duties relating to policy servicing in Customer Service & Relations Department.

-- To liaise with other departments on product quotations and issues relating to policy servicing, underwriting, issuance of policy, claims etc.
