Provide accurate and timely assessment of claims within the required service standards
Review and improve claims processes
Establish claims best practices
Deliver excellent service to our policyholders
Manage claims projects
Job Requirements:

Degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in life and medical claims assessment or related insurance operations
Underwriters are welcome
Strong analytical, written and communication skills
Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as be a team player
