TRAINING & COMPETENCY OFFICER, CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE We are looking for a Training & Competency Officer to join our T & C Team in our Centre for Excellence Department.

The Job:

Analyze the quality of sales advice made by Life Planners and review the quality of T&C documentation by leaders.
Apply effective coaching skills to enable Life Planners to provide clients with quality advice using the proper sales process.
Conduct regular training on T&C related courses as well as selling skills and product knowledge programmes.
Assist in raising the overall competency level of the agency force.
Our Requirements

Degree Holder
Basic industry qualifications: CMFAS Modules 5, 8, and 9. Health Insurance Certificate, PGI, CGI, BCP and AFP.
Analytical and meticulous.
Patient, professional and firm in managing work relationships.
Possess a minimum of 2 years sale experience in Life Insurance.
Effectively bilingual with excellent oral and writing skills.
