Expansion!!! HeadHunters / Internal Recruiters / Business Developments Executives (AsiaPac Giant) A performance based company, with 900 consultants in 8 countries, servicing clientele ranging from multinational to local conglomerates to Fortune 500 Companies, is seeking for Talents who can be a Effective Contributor

Position 1: HeadHunters

Responsibilities:- Lead role in handling/ advising client development and new business development through cold-calling, market research, networking, etc- Intensive search for suitable candidates, which includes their identification, assessment and presentation against client requirements- Provide appropriate and accurate counsel/ direction to candidates pertaining to their possible career progression and development

Pre-Requisites:- A diploma / degree in ANY discipline ideally with at least6 years' of working experienceYou must be resourceful, highly self-motivated, have a NEVER-GIVE-UP attitude and be able to work well under pressure. Position 2: Internal Recruiters

As aRecruiter, you will need to:

- Establish and develop strong relationship between candidates and clients

- Provide consulting advices on the availability of the talent pool gained through advertisement,researching, networking etc

- Conduct Screening/interviewingto identifying suitable candidates

- Coordinate interviews and meetups

- Managing candidate's and client's various expectations

-Present post followups

Pre-requisite

- Degree holder with at least4 years of working experiences working in Banking, Insurance, IT& Telco OR Energy & Infrastructured-relatedindustries OR 5 years ofsales experiences with strong passion to enter intoRecruitment industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position 3: Business Developments Executives (AsiaPac Giant)

This role will most likely suit industry experienced professionals, seeking to utilise their knowledge and experience in a fast paced and performance driven environment.

Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you have accountability to develop and service new and existing business opportunities, and support clients in aligning their requirements and expectations using influential consultation and negotiation skills.

Your Mandate:

Conduct detail industry and market research of the client’s business and define the sourcing grounds of suitable candidates, together with the Project Delivery Consultants.
Conduct interviews with candidates and prepare a report of shortlisted candidates and market overview for presentation to clients
Manage the expectation of both clients and candidates to ensure successful closure of the assignment
Provide quality services in the entire search process to ensure client return with more assignments or refer clients for our services


Your Strengths:

Minimum 4 years of solid experiences inany Industries. Preferably a degree holder, but diploma holders with 6 years of strong relevant experiences are also encourage to apply
