Singapore - Associate (Claims)

Associate (Claims) You will be given the opportunity to handle a diverse range of claims assessment in life, accident and health insurance claims. You will also assist in special claims projects involving systems and process improvements. At Great Eastern, we believe in developing your competencies to deliver world class claims services.

The Job:

-- Provide accurate and timely assessment of claims within the required service standards

-- Review and improve claims processes

-- Establish claims best practices

-- Deliver excellent service to our policyholders

-- Manage claims projects

Our Requirements:

-- Degree with at least 1 year of experience in life and medical claims assessment or related insurance operations

-- Strong analytical, written and communication skills

-- Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure

-- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as be a team player=
