Mobile Application Developer ( 3 positions)
Responsibilities:
•Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects.
•Collects detailed user and technical requirements. Works with others to analyze collected requirements, translate into programming solutions, and ensure that identified solution meet customer needs and expectations.
•Design, construct, test and implement solutions, enhancements and conversions for customers.
•Monitors system performance to identify and help make improvements.
•Apply appropriate tools to investigates, analyze, identify and resolve technical problems.
•Builds knowledge on emerging tools, techniques and technologies.
•Design test cases to verify the proper functioning of all functions according to the specified requirements, including system integration.
•Ensure that system requirements are met by conducting unit and system testing.
•Ensure that enhancements or bug fixes are completed within the Service Level Agreement or within the schedule that is mutually agreed with the customer.
Requirements:
•A diploma/degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•At least 3 years of experience in web and client/server mobile application development using .NET compact Framework and Windows Mobile.
•MUST have strong knowledge in VB.NET, XML, C#.NET, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET
•Must be proficient using Visual Studio .NET.
•Good understanding of object oriented concepts, experience with n-tier, enterprise applications, web services, XML, and SOAP.
•Must have experience in database driven web applications – SQL Server. SQL Stored Procedures a plus.
•Candidates with experience in J2ME, Symbian OS or Windows Mobile device drivers development will have an advantage.
•Must be innovative, resourceful, and willing to take initiative.
