Minimum Requirements And Experience
Diploma in Computer Sciences / Information System or relevant discipline
Microsoft Certificate Professional or Microsoft Certified System Engineer will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of IT security and network administration on LAN, WAN, VPN, Routers and Firewall
IT knowledge in Windows OS, Mac OS, Linux, SQL, SAP, MS Office and Microsoft Exchange
Preferably with Oracle and Unix exposure
Knowledge in basic programming will be an added advantage
At least 3 years experience in IT
A Matured, Energetic and Enthusiastic person
Possess initiative and good positive working attitude
Able to communicate well with all levels of staff and clients
Good presentation skills with the ability to conduct IT training
Willing to travel to clients' premises and overseas
Able to start work immediately
Job Responsibilities
Provide network support on Microsoft platform and LAN
Provide support for desktop hardware, troubleshooting and servicing of computer hardware
Setting up and maintaining Microsoft Server and Networks
Provide windows support for print/ file directories, shared files, email and internet services for clients and in-house
Maintaining and housekeeping of company's servers, network and SBO system
Perform in-house IT audits on in-house users' PCs and company's systems
Conduct IT training for overseas clients and in-house staff
Salary Package
Basic Salary between S$2,500 to S$3,000 depending on qualifications and experience
