Requirement Details:

Role and Responsibilities

Define the Process framework (or the Quality Charter) for the organization. The framework must elaborate the chosen Quality Framework, the Process Areas that must be focused upon, and why & the relationships of the process areas within the framework. The Quality Manager must be the custodian of this framework.

Coordinate with the Process Owners to help define and document relevant processes, standards and policies, in accordance with industry best practices and relevant Quality framework(s) adopted by the organization. The process owners owned the processes defined by them.

Ensure that changes in the process are managed and controlled.

Assure that the management aims and direction are communicated by:
•Developing and maintaining IT guidances and related policies
•Communicating the IT control framework and IT objectives and direction.

Quality is managed by:
•Establishing and maintaining a quality management system
•Measuring, monitoring and reviewing compliance with the quality goals
•Ensuring periodical reporting of compliancy with quality goals
•Ensuring Projects are managed by establishing and maintaining an IT project management framework.
•Ensuring Projects are managed by audits on project methodology compliancy.
•Ensuring application Software is acquired and maintained by developing formalized methodologies and processes to manage the application development process.
•Ensuring Service Levels are defined and managed by a consolidated Service Catalogue.
•Ensuring Users are educated and trained.
•Support IT organizational structure, including committees and linkages to the stakeholders and vendors.

IT Performance is monitored and evaluated by:
•Establishing the monitoring approach
•Creating scorecards

Internal control is monitored and evaluated by:
•Monitoring and control IT internal control activities
•Monitoring the performance of independent reviews, audits and examinations
•Monitoring the process to identify and assess control exceptions
•Monitoring the process to identify and remediate control exceptions

Regulatory Compliance is ensured by:
•Obtaining periodic independent assessment of performance and compliance with policies, standards and procedures

Generating an IT governance report


Qualifications, skills and experience

1)CMMI, ITIL qualifications and implementation experience preferred
2)Good written/verbal Communications, analytical in nature
3)Experience working in IT organization in Regional or multinational companies
4)At least 7 years experience in IT for QA Manager, 3 years for QA Analyst, especially on Application development.
5)Documentation skills, reviewing and auditing experience
6)Stakeholder Management
7)IT qualifications
