INSURANCE CLAIMS OFFICER

Competency Requirement:

Min. 2 years working experience
Able to handle insurance claims for own damage & 3rd party claims
Singaporean or PR only.
Job Requirement:

Handle customers for accident claim matter
Liaise with Insurance company and customers on all insurance claims
Ensure proper submission and follow-up on all insurance claims
Ensure collection of all insurance claim and completion of procedures
Ensure proper planning and scheduling of repairs jobs
Co-ordinate with PDI , workshop, Parts Department , surveyor, contractors, etc. on repair jobs.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to management
