Singapore - CRM Pre-Sales Specialist

CRM Pre-Sales Specialist This role is with a company very well-known in the BI Circles, and with a very good CRM solution as well, for which they would like to hire a well-experienced CRM person, to be their CRM Pre-Sales Specialist for the Asia Region.

General Objectives • Primary responsibility is to support / develop new sales of the company's CRM Suite of solutions within the local area, to be achieved through providing guidance; expertise and mentoring to Sales consultants on CRM account strategy and via direct account support. • Support Pre-Sales activities as CRM specialist including: o Customer presentations, CRM workshop delivery, Seminars, Solution demonstrations o Mentor Sales and Business Consultants in CRM concepts & CRM Solutions o To act as a conduit for sales feedback/ marketing requirements to the regional organization. • Support the development of CRM proposals and review CRM related proposals/activity directly with Account teams • Identify and assist (Marketing) with development of sales tools necessary to support the success of the CRM program. • Identify and validate new market opportunities for company’s CRM Solution o Work closely with Solution teams & Marketing to identify possible new target segments for CRM solutions o Validate through identification and working on initial target in new segments • Assist in the solution definition stage of a Customer Relationship Management Solution engagement, specifically providing guidance and business consulting in identifying the objective, solution design, outcomes and way forward for an account..

Major Responsibilities and Tasks

Provides industry thought leadership for customers

• Support and drive pre-sales motions across in each country within SEA (Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore) • Work with the sales teams to identify new prospects and develop sales strategies • Support and lead CRM business consulting services • Collects and maintains client data and metrics • Engagement references and deliverables • Performs industry benchmarks Keeps abreast of industry issues and trends to identify emerging target opportunities • Attends industry seminars and conferences • Stays current with industry publications Maintains and builds relationships within industry • Networks with key industry contacts and clients • Informs and educates industry executives about company's Professional Service offerings and capabilities Provides subject matter expertise on engagements • Provides engagement teams with “industry primer” • Supports engagement manager with quality assurance and client management/relationship functions Mentors fellow Teradata consultants on engagements to infuse industry knowledge into their specific technical/business consulting expertise • Learns from the customer and shares with others • Teaches skills to others • Shares lessons learned
