Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process; client requirement gathering, short listing of candidates, interview, presentation of candidates to clients, offer negotiation, manager recruitment projects, contract outsourcing, etc.
You will be servicing clients within the Biomedical Sciences and Technology sector in the Asia region. You will be expected to do some business development activities and key account servicing and work closely with the Business Development team towards increased sales performance and profitability of the company. You will build and manage long-term relationships with key clients across the region.
Requirements:
1 to 2 yrs working experience
Proven track record in recruitment, telemarketing, sales, customer service and other client facing or coordinating roles.
Fresh candidate with no experience but have the right attitude will be considered.
You should be an organized, analytical, positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual, who enjoy working in a team-driven, fast paced entrepreneurial environment and most importantly driving superior quality service.
You should demonstrate a sense of urgency and able to work well under pressure as an individual as well as a team.
