Overall brand support for Pizza Hut in the areas of Product Excellence, Restaurant Excellence and Supply Excellence.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Product Excellence :
-- Assist the Technical Manager in the Product Management functions for Pizza Hut :
Continuous improvement on existing products to further enhance the product quality and cost effectiveness.
Assist in achieving brand standard by closing the gap analysis.
Assist in conducting Dough Quality workshop and Training for New crust launch.
Provide support in benchmarking consumer research, sensory evaluation and competitors product analyses.
Restaurants Excellence :
Conduct CER check for Pizza Hut in supporting Operation Excellence
Responsible for the development and adaptation of CSL and ensuring it is current.
Responsible for the development of new operation procedures, validation and testing of equipment for new and existing stores for operation efficiency/simplification and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for the development of training materials, photo visual guide, operation procedures.
Supply Excellence
-- Monitoring to ensure all raw materials meet specification.
-- Responsible for conducting Product Cutting session with suppliers to ensure consistency in supply quality.
-- Maintenance and updating of product shelf-life matrix for Pizza Hut food products
Other Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
o Diploma or Degree in Food Science or related field
o Minimum 3 years working experience
o Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Acrobat
o Proficiency in statistics
o Team player with strong interpersonal skills
