In this exciting role, you will perform end-to-end process of all banks' self-service terminals (SSTs) movement such as Processing Change Requests, ensure all system databases are updated and other related requests.
Other area of responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process of all KabaMas Lock and keys from initialisation, issuance, replacement and termination.
Manage the manual software distribution
Liaise with internal divisions of NCR, external vendors and banks on schedule system maintenance or outages.
Conduct end-to-end system testing with Banks on an ad-hoc basis.
Rotation standby 24x7 to support system outages and technical issues that hinder operation of the Singapore Centre.
Assist in managing the service level standard to ensure meeting the deliverables to our customers.
Other Special Requirement
In the event of system failure or scheduled maintenance, the candidate will be re-called back to work.
Essential Requirements:
Diploma in Computer studies or computer engineering
At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in a computer related environment.
Strong analytical, co-ordination and negotiation skills preferred.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Confident and independent
Well verse with personal computer and MS Office applications.
Willing to work odd hours at times.
Candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated skills in team-building.
