You will pioneer in managing the entire B2B consulting service cycle through sourcing for the right human capital to accomplish our Banking client’s business growth and new business/market development.
You will also need to engage and consult with top corporate leaders on their talent acquisition needs, challenges and also to establish and develop strong by providing consulting advises on the availability of the talent pool/market intelligence gained through advertisement,researching, networking etc.
You are also to ensure client and candidates satisfaction and accountability for results while driving the recruitment process.
You should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy fulfilling challenging goals. You are self-motivated, results driven, and yet work harmoniously as part of a vibrant team. In addition, you should have confidence in engaging key decision makers of multi-national corporations, as well as command excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a minimum 5 years’ B2B Sales/Customer Service/Account Management experience in Information Technology, Banking & Finance, Banking IT Industries.
