Job Scope:
Involved in the full SDLC cycle from requirement analysis and functional/technical design to implementation, testing, integration and rollout
Manage a team of analysts and developers ensuring timely delivery of the projects
Determines, monitors and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risks
Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients
Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plans
Requirements:
At least a degree in Computing Engineering/IT or relevant qualifications
At least 8 years working experience with at least 4 years project management experience
Experienced in enterprise application design and architecting for web application/portals preferred
Has experience in at least 3 Software Development Life Cycles involving medium to large scale projects
Good working experience in managing vendors
Has good technical knowledge and working experience in either Java or Microsoft technologies or both
Excellent communicationand written skills in English
Team Leads with good project and team management experience can be considered for the Project Manager position as well
Position 2: IT Consultants Job Scope:
Creates, executes and drives project work plans and schedules, and proposesappropriate solutionsto meetrequirements and any changing needs
Identifies resources needed and assigns individuals responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, overseeing the project from initial requirement gathering stage till implementation and deployment
Engage with both users and vendors in regards to the project matters such as reviews and quality assurance
Drawing up proposals/tenders, report writing and documentation for all project related details/activities
Requirements:
At least a degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
At least 6 years working experience in IT industry on application development/integration with about 2 years project management experience
Has at least 3 Software Development Life Cycles involving large scale projects
Able to work in a multi-functional team and independently
Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
Possess positive, friendly and customer service oriented attitude
Good communication and written skills in English
Position 3: Functional Analysts (Senior / Junior)Candidates who are looking for exposure in large scale application projects and and focusing on the functional aspect of the development of applicaiton systemsare welcome to apply as well.
Job Scope:
To analyze business requirements from users, and propose solutions in supportingbusiness/operation processes
Coordinate resources from users and supporting teams to develop and implement solutions
Set targets and priorities for software application development projects
Will be the key driver in system requirements gathering, documentation and technical evaluations
Will manage units and systems integration testing, user acceptance tests, conversions and data migrations
Address and contribute to the overall project direction, issues identification and resolution
Working closely with users to manage IT deployment and handle operational/process issues that arise from the implementation.
Manage, update and maintain operational and process documentations in the document library
Manage vendors and work with functional/development teams to ensure successful delivery of key IT initiatives
Requirements:
At least a Degree in Computer Science/IT
At least 4 years relevant working experience
Experience working on large scale projects would be advantageous
Experience handling vendors on Application development projects preferred
At least 2 years experience in project management, implementation or coordination
Possess IT knowledge and analysis skills in application skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English
