Customer Service Representative - Biomedical Industry! Sep 08Our client in theBiomedical Industryis looking for an independent and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their esteemed organization.

The Role:

-- Attend to incoming calls and handle overseas customer enquiries

-- Provide advice to customers onthe company'sproducts and services

-- Build up customer loyalty through excellent customer service etiquette and attend to customer individual needs

-- Maintain customer database and send out acknowledgement letters

-- Prepare quotation and liaise with customers on follow up

Pre-Requisites:

-- ITE/O Level/A Level/Diploma in any Discipline

-- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service

-- Proficient in spoken and written English and able to converse in Mandarin and Cantonese

-- Able to anticipate problems and make sound judgment in handling customer complaints

-- Proficient in MS Office applications
