Singapore - Claims Analyst

Claims Analyst Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Claims Analyst will be responsible for the following:

JOB SCOPE

-- Examine and process paper and electronic claims

-- Provide independent, accurate, timely and efficient adjudication of benefits claims in accordance with established guidelines

-- Communicate with clients and employees on claims administration enquiries via email and phone

-- Prepare and provide necessary regular payment files and reports for clients

-- Identify opportunities for processing efficiencies and improvements through process improvements and system enhancements

-- Other assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS

-- Diploma or Degree

-- Minimum 3 years claims processing experience

-- Knowledge of medical/insurance benefits and terminology is preferred

-- Ability to deal with difficult customers situations

-- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

-- Possess a strong command of written and spoken English

-- Ability to communicate clearly
