Position 1: Customer Service Coordinator

Duties:

- Responsible for delivery of entire range of company's product to meet customers orders in a timely and accurate manner

- ensuring seamless completion of delivery including preparation of necessary documentations for speedy customs clearance

- Solving customer's compliants and alleviating customer's concerns

- Supporting marketing and sales department by providing responses to post sales enquiries and follow-up in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner

Requirements:

- min diploma in supplly chain / Busines administration

- min 1 yr of customer service experience

- service oriented mindset and easy going

- able to work in a face-paced and dynamic environment

- PC literate

Location:

West ** Company transport provided / ($1700-$1900)

Position 2: Administrative Executive

Duties:

- Liase with Commercial HODs in dealing with day to day business operations, including invoicing, payment tracking and monthly profit and loss reporting

- Responsible for the general administraton of the commercial office

Requirements:

- min Diploma in Any faculty

- min 1 yr of administation experience

- computer literate

- able to communicate in Mandarin

Location:

Jurong West (5-day work week) / ($1600 - $1900)

Position 3: Sales Coordinator

Duties:

- Coordination works such as prepare quotation, sales order processing, invoices, purchase order and any other documents

- Attend to phone/fax/email enquiries and walk-in customers and follow up on enquiries

- Coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery status

- Responsible for collection and delivery to customers

Requirements:

- min O lvls with 3 yrs of relevant working experience

- Good command in English and Mandarin

- possess class 3 license preferred

Position 4: Purchasing Assistant

Duties:

- Issue Purchase Requisition and Purchase order

- Assist in the purchasing of raw materials

- Carry out monthly stock-take by checking inventory of raw materials

Requirements:

- min O lvl with 1 yr adminexpeience

- able to speak and understand Mandarin

Duties:

- Perform clerical work, update work order, create sale order, prepare invoices..etc

- able to speak and understand Mandarin
