Job Description
Liaise with local and overseas Tour Operators and Golf clubs
Manage all operational issues such as ticketing, reservations and etc
Provide service to new and existing customers by assisting them on their reservations
Liaise with airlines and cruise companies on fares and reservations
Customize private packages based on clients'schedule, specific needs and budget
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years travel-related experience
Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge
Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to solve complex issues
Knowledge of Golf tour arrangements is a must
Experience in tour/travel operation and corporate ticketing is a must
Familiar with China and Asia is preferred
Customer-oriented and possess good communication skills
Team player with a passion for customer service and sales
Highly versatile and able to multi-task
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Qualifications:
Diploma in IATA-UFTAA
Experience in using Abacus
Internet savvy
Highly proficient MS Office
