Singapore - Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:

-- Administration and maintenance of servers and LAN & WAN operations

-- Active monitoring of system and network performance

-- Manage daily backup, restoration and recovery operations

-- Provide troubleshooting and rectification of system and network issues

-- Provide support on software/hardware implementation projects

Job Requirements:

-- Minimum Diploma in IT related disciplines

-- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Wintel servers environment and LAN/WAN & TCP/IP network

-- Technically savvy and strong in server monitoring tools, server backups and /or network equipments such as

Cisco routers, LAN switches

-- Experience inserver administrationand system implementation will be advantageous

-- Good interpersonal and communication skills

-- Willing to travel

-- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
