Support local customers and regional distributors business and activities in a pro-active manner.
Assist the Sales Team in product presentations, demonstrations and testing.
Conduct site survey at customer’s premise prior to installation.
Work with Service Team to install and implement Océ solutions as per agreement with customers.
Provide training to customer upon completion of installation.
Provides first level of system support to the customer in an efficient and professional manner within the required time frame.
Work with Head Office personnel to develop effective solutions for customers and distributors.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
Candidates with MCSE 2003 certification will have an added advantage.
Candidates with working knowledge in all kinds of OS platform (Unix, Mac, Windows, etc) and programming background (NET, C++, VB) will have an added advantage.
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
Customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
A strong team player with full of vigor.
Able to travel at short notice.
