Singapore - Software Product Marketing Manager (Up to $ 200 000 PA OTE)

Software Product Marketing Manager (Up to $ 200 000 PA OTE) Responsibilities:

•The product marketing group plans, develops & executes strategic marketing (marketing) & business (biz) initiatives to drive unit, revenue & market share objectives for an agreed set of products or solutions. This group is also responsible for the orchestration of cross-company sales, marketing & services resources to meet/exceed agreed biz priorities.
•Exceed revenue quota for the product focus areas – Software Application Server, Database, ISV/Development tools sales.
•Grow product market share & revenue share against competition aggressively
•Own the GTM orchestration & execution of specific campaigns.
•Acts as an internal/external spokesperson for your products. Also act as an expert of product knowledge for the subsidiary & provide feedback to Corporate, US.
•Provide market & business analysis & recommendations for relevant products & manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve objectives as per plan
•Increase customer satisfaction for product focus area as defined.
•Product & Solutions Marketing : Develop an annual strategic marketing plan & budget for Software Applications Servers (AppServer)products. Implement, track,& measure marketing strategies, tactics & programs.
Work with local AppServer eco-system (ISVs, SIs etc).
•Orchestration & Business Leadership : Orchestrate all subsidiary sales, marketing & services execution around the products to meet agreed (KPIs) - revenue, market share, mix & license mix etc.
•Product Knowledge & Evangelism : Serve as product spokesperson for PR/Event Delivery/Evangelism. External events include press relations, analysts, seminars & high profile industry events.
•Market, Competitive, and Customer Analysis & Strategy Development.
•Revenue forecasting & analysis for the product.
•Actively contribute data, analysis, & strategic insights on relevant products, competitors

Requirements:
•At least 6 - 8 years of strong practical experience in IT industry
•Degree in IT/related fields (BS/BE/MS) &/or biz mgmt(BBA/MBA)
•Experience in Database/ISV/Dev Tools sales &/or marketing is a must
•Sound understanding of Spore market & local partner/ISV ecosystem
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams & execute on deliverables
•Self starter who can prioritize high impact activities & manage resources effectively.
