The Role:
Ø Create and execute technical design documentation and test plans, which will involve mapping business requirements to vanilla Siebel functionality, and identifying functional gaps and resolving options and strategies.
Ø Configuring and scripting using Siebel Tools to achieve the desired results.
Ø Create detail technical specifications and designs from functional requirements.
Ø Produce Siebel test plans/scenarios, develop scripts and execute unit testing of Siebel application.
Ø Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions for application defects and enhancement requests.
Ø Assists in implementing new software releases and moving application deliverables through the release process (development, test, pre-production and production).
Ø Achieves a high level of customer service and communication with the Siebel CRM business owners and IT staff.
The Pre-Requisite:
The candidate is required to have:
Ø 3 to 5 years experience in providing technical support to end users including training.
Ø Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
Ø Strong technical aptitude, analytic skills and customer-focus mindset required.
Ø Knowledge of Siebel Analytics technology strongly preferred
Ø Knowledge of written and spoken English
Ø Team player with ability to work with a diversemulticultural environment
Ø Strong data model/Siebel architecture knowledge
Ø Must have strong technical hands-on knowledge of Siebel Application/Tools
Ø In-depth knowledge of Siebel Analytics data model preferred
Ø Very good understanding of Siebel Analytics development best practices and Analytics Architecture
Ø Strong understanding of Business Analytics dashboards
Ø Very good knowledge of Siebel 7.x schema.
Ø Pharmaceutical CRM experience a plus
Ø Siebel Server Administration (deploying SRF, applying Siebel patches, interpreting log files)
Ø Experience with Oracle 10g DB a plus
