Singapore - Senior Executive - Management Training

Senior Executive - Management Training As a Senior Executive - Management Training, the officer will be working closely with Learning Development Managers to identify the training needs for the public sector, design and develop training programmes, evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and access trainers. In identifying training needs, the officer will be required to organise and conduct focus group discussions, design surveys/questionnaires or conduct interviews to solicit training needs from public sector agencies. The officer will also work with subject matter experts to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes.

The Person:

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Good written and communication skills
Strong planning and coordination skills
Ability to work well with people at all levels and uphold sense of professionalism
Experience in Learning and Development
A Good Degree from a recognised university with at least 2 years' of working experience preferably with exposure in Communications or Customer Service area
Candidate with a specialised graduate diploma in Learning and Development/Instructional Design would be an advantage
Candidates with no prior experience but have a keen interest in the Learning & Development field may apply
