Regional Technical Project Manager (CRM) Regional Technical Project Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:

1 .Project Management

Maintain detailed plans for major regional project(s) in Asia to ensure resources are appropriately allocated across those projects.
Plan, control and coordinate schedules, liaising with customers on periodic basis to evaluate progress and deliverables.
Liaise with regional and country management on resource requirements
Manage day-to-day operational issues on key projects or accounts.
Creation & Execution of Project Work Plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Prepares for Estimation of project for work effort and duration
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Applies the available methodology to enforce project standards
Communication of relevant project information to internal management
Prepares for client reviews for project progress meetings in a combination of F2F, Phone and Written Reports
Identify exposure and risk on projects and escalation of issues to relevant parties before and during the project
Identifies sales opportunities as they relate to specific projects and help in preparing proposals
Managing co-ordination of issues between Dev, QA and Client
2. Technical consultant

Liaising, supporting and influencing customers. Provide CRM strategy, system architecture solutions and design discussions.
Design and apply enterprise system and application solutions to meet business objectives
Support executive management and project teams in technology decisions and implementation of technology strategy
Strong understanding of CRM and integration technologies to enable the scoping of releases within a Programme and sufficient understanding to validate and challenge high level technical designs against a Business Case
Hands on to drive the technical aspects of the project.
Able to determine and evaluate the appropriate IT environment for clients based on the requirements of the CRM applications software.
Able to resolves technical issue


Knowledge/Skills/Experience required for the Position:

Strong project and operations management background
Process and problem-solving oriented individual
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver multiple projects at any time
Translating functional requirements to technical and vice-versa
Strong background in developing and supporting commercial applications in a professional IT environment especially in CRM
Minimum 5years in CRM design & development CRM development configuration and customization, web services, EAI, scripting languages, and workflow experience
System Integration, System interaction & Data Interfaces within the business
CRM upgrade experience
Full lifecycle technical implementation, Product development, customization and implementation of CRM solutions.
Development, testing, debugging and integration of different modules
